We took negotiations down to the 11th hour believing that a deal would get done, but unfortunately that didn't happen. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently in search of a new location, but in the meantime, we are also elated to announce that our new on-line store will be opening in the next two weeks where we will offer the same great products such as our Brazilian-Cut Jeans.
